What makes this different from other mindset training?

A Curriculum Backed by Experience and Results

This is not a generic mindset program or a collection of motivational ideas.

Athletic Mindworks is a structured training system that has been developed and refined over more than three decades, drawing from the collective knowledge and insights of champions across multiple disciplines.

The curriculum brings together proven mental performance principles and organizes them into a clear, repeatable system that can be applied in real performance environments. Every concept is designed to be practical, trainable, and directly linked to improving how you think, respond, and execute when it matters most.

What makes this approach unique is the combination of structure and application. You’re not just learning what to do—you’re learning how to train your mind consistently so these skills become automatic. This is the same type of disciplined mental development that separates high performers from everyone else.

Over time, this system helps build the cognitive and mental foundation required to stay composed under pressure, make better decisions, and perform with confidence and consistency.

The main priority is to give athletes the tools they need to become self-sufficient when it comes to their mental management. With the right system, structure and support (coaches/parents), athletes can push themselves to achieve whatever their hearts desire.

Are the courses specific to only one sport?

Timeless Principles. Universal Application.

No. The principles of mental performance are universal and timeless, which means they apply across all sports and levels of competition. Whether you’re playing hockey, soccer, basketball, tennis, competing individually or as part of team, the ability to focus, stay confident, make decisions under pressure, and manage your mindset is what ultimately drives performance.

While the physical skills may differ from sport to sport, the mental demands are remarkably similar. Every athlete must handle pressure, stay composed in critical moments, respond to mistakes, and execute consistently when the stakes are highest. These are not sport-specific skills—they are performance skills.

Athletic Mindworks teaches a structured system that develops these core mental tools in a way that can be applied to any competitive environment. Once trained, these skills transfer directly into your sport, allowing you to think more clearly, react more effectively, and perform with greater confidence and consistency.

Because these principles are timeless, they don’t change with trends or levels—they remain the foundation of high performance, from young athletes to elite competitors.

Bonus: Most people who complete the training feel as though it has improved all other aspects of managing their family and professional lives as well!

How quickly will I see results?

Progress You Can Notice Right Away

Progress will always depend on how committed the student is to the material. If you consume the content quickly and are dedicated to completing the training quickly the results come quickly.

Many users begin to notice improvements in focus, clarity, confidence, and awareness within the first few sessions. The training focuses on taking a complex subject and delivering concepts and learning in a simplified and usable format. This makes it appropriate for junior and adult learners.

Like any training, the best results come from consistent application over time, but the curriculum is designed in a way to start seeing results right away. This of course all depends on the commitment level of the person doing the training.

Who is the Athletic Mindworks course designed for?

A System Designed for Athletes, Coaches, and Parents

The Athletic Mindworks courses are designed for athletes, coaches, and parents who want to develop the mental side of performance.

  • - Athletes learn how to build confidence, improve focus, and perform under pressure.
  • - Coaches gain a structured system to teach mindset and create a common language with their team.
  • - Parents learn how to support their athlete in a way that builds confidence and drives positive results.

  • If you're serious about accelerating your progress and performing at your best, one-on-one coaching can be a powerful next step.

  • Are these courses suitable for teams or groups?

Built for Teams and Group Training

Yes. The training is highly effective for teams and often delivers the strongest results when athletes go through it together. When a group is aligned around the same mental performance system, it creates a shared language and understanding that strengthens team dynamics both on and off the field.

Training as a team naturally builds accountability—athletes are more likely to stay consistent when they know others are progressing alongside them. It also increases motivation, as individuals push themselves to keep up, improve, and contribute to the overall standard of the group.

Healthy competition within the team becomes a powerful driver of growth. As athletes develop their mental skills together, they challenge each other to stay focused, handle pressure better, and perform at a higher level. This creates an environment where improvement becomes the norm, not the exception.

Coaches also benefit from having a structured system that everyone understands, making it easier to reinforce key concepts and integrate mental training into everyday practice. The result is a more connected, disciplined, and mentally prepared team—one that can execute with confidence and consistency when it matters most.

Are there any printable materials that go with your courses?

Downloadable Tools to Support Your Training

Is there any homework for me to do?

    Consistency Builds Confidence

Yes. Like any effective training program, there are reflection exercises, goal-setting activities, and simple personal development tasks built into the courses. These are designed to help you apply what you learn—not just understand it—so you can build real habits and see measurable improvement in your performance.

Can I do the training at my own pace?

Train Anytime, At Your Own Pace

Yes. The training is fully online and accessible through both desktop and mobile, allowing you to learn anytime, from anywhere. Most lessons are short and focused, making it easy to fit quick, daily doses of mental training into your schedule and stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. Your progress is saved along the way so you can easily pick up from where you've started.
